saphan scratch sweep
Removes scratch entries that are safe to free: the run that created the entry is finished according to the run record, the entry is older than 24 hours, and no running process is using it. Any doubt keeps the entry, and where process use cannot be checked nothing is removed. ⚠ Removal is permanent, and process use is judged only from the working directory and environment of processes your own account can list: a process of another account, or one that only holds a file open inside the entry, is not seen. Rehearse it with saphan dry-run scratch sweep.

--machine | string | Sweep this admitted machine's scratch directory instead of this host's. A remote macOS host cannot report which processes use an entry, so nothing is removed there. |
