Takes an exclusive claim on a stream (one unit of work) for one actor, so two people or agents cannot pick up the same work at once.
Takes an exclusive claim on a stream (one unit of work) for one actor, so two people or agents cannot pick up the same work at once. Taking a claim is atomic: if someone else already holds it, the command refuses and names the holder and any unclaimed streams. Both release forms end another actor's hold and are owner acts: each prints a one-time six-character code on the terminal and waits for it to be typed back, and is refused with no terminal (scripts, CI), inside the console's browser terminal (use the passkey there) and after five wrong codes. Prefix a release with saphan dry-run to see what would be released without writing anything.
