saphan accept

Records the owner's acceptance at a stream's final stop (STOP-2, after the work is proven) and then merges the stream, as one decision behind one confirmation.

Records the owner's acceptance at a stream's final stop (STOP-2, after the work is proven) and then merges the stream, as one decision behind one confirmation. The acceptance is written first and stands even if the merge is then refused. ⚠ This is an owner act, and one confirmation covers both steps: the command prints a one-time code on this terminal, on a screen that names both acts, and waits for you to type it back. It is refused when no terminal is attached (for example from a script or a CI job), and in the console's browser terminal it is refused in favour of the console's passkey prompt. For anything else (accepting with conditions, rejecting, review gates, or merging alone) use saphan gate and saphan merge.

--actorstringThe person making the decision; defaults to SAPHAN_ACTOR, then the identity in your configuration. It must name an enrolled, active actor in this workspace's signed actor registry; a spelling that differs only in case or spacing is refused, not corrected.
--notestringFree-text detail stored with the recorded decision for the audit trail.
--reasonstringYour reason for accepting, in your own words; it is recorded inside the signed decision. Required unless the installation's signed policy makes reasons optional.
--refstringThe recommendation (for example a review) this acceptance is based on, recorded with the decision.
