saphan otel export
Runs one export cycle, sending the whole record's metrics to the OTLP/HTTP metrics URL set in otel.endpoint_url (with otel.endpoint_name; both are required); it runs only when you invoke it, and repeated calls resend the delta metrics. The collector must be admitted by the egress policy at <state-dir>/egress/policy.json: a missing policy is an error, the approved address is dialled directly, and redirects are refused. Exit codes: 0 every row accepted, 1 configuration or egress policy incomplete or invalid, or the cycle failed, 2 the collector did not accept every row, 3 export not enabled (otel.enabled absent or false).
saphan otel validate-policy
Checks the egress policy file at the given path against your configuration, as otel export would load it, and prints its digests without exporting anything.
