Today, Stuck and your notes

Today

(Advanced name: Yours.) The screen the console opens on. Its title counts what waits for you — "3 things wait for you" — and every item is an act a master handed to you with saphan hand. Each one has been rehearsed: read the evidence, then press one button, or run one line.

The acts are grouped under the train they belong to (or No train), oldest first unless you choose Newest first. Each card, already open, carries:

• where the act sits — the wagon and the stream — its kind, its cost with its billing class, how long it has waited, and who handed it to you and when;
• a summary, and the documents behind it, each with Open the document →;
• steps, when the act has more than one — for a returned wagon, the first step opens the verification desk, where the return's tests, review and design comparison are laid out;
• the foot: the rehearsal result ("Rehearsed — nothing written yet"), the master's recommendation, an optional note, and the decision buttons.

Deciding. A decision that carries a passkey ceremony opens your device's passkey prompt; the act is recorded only when the passkey signs it. A decision without one shows the engine's exact line with Copy, for you to run in your terminal. A refused act says "Refused — nothing was written" with the engine's reason. What you decided today folds into Done earlier today.

⚠ Today lists only the acts a master handed to you. The record can owe more than that — those acts stand on their trains, at their gates. When some are not handed, Today says how many and offers show them; Trains is where they are.

Stuck

(Advanced name: Refusals.) Things the system stopped, and whether you can unblock them — the streams whose newest run did not finish: a run that stopped, a run that could not start, and a run the record shows as running that nothing ever closed.

The filters are All, You can fix and Needs a fix in Saphan Studio. A row you can fix carries its Remedy with Copy, or a link to the screen where the fix is (Settings → Seats, Trains, Runs). Acknowledge moves a row out of the way without pretending it was fixed; acknowledged rows stay listed under their own filter. An empty Stuck says "Nothing is stuck" — an empty filter says that nothing matches the filter, which is a different fact.

Ideas

(Advanced name: Sparks.) A spark is a thought caught verbatim — yours, at any moment — that later becomes work, or nothing.

Catch a spark is a dialog over any screen: the ✦ beside the product name, or Cmd-Shift-I. Write it as you would say it and Catch (Cmd-Enter); Esc closes without catching. The words go into the record unsigned — the console holds no signing key — and the list marks them so.

The list shows each idea with its state. Send to Advisor routes one to the Advisor; Archive puts one away. Opening an idea shows its way from idea caught through worked through with the Advisor and a plan to an order. ⛔ The founding text of a spark is never edited — a spark is the owner's words.
