The fleet
Agents and Sessions: every seat with its occupancy and measured allowance, and every agent run with its redacted transcript.
These two screens sit in the Fleet group (Advanced: Fleet · Govern), beside Rules, Costs, Documents and Audit.
Agents
(Advanced name: Fleet · seats.) Every seat on every machine in service, read from the signed machine registry. The lede says how many can take work right now — "13 of 21 agent slots can take work right now".
Each row carries the seat, its machine, its role, its backend, its occupancy (runs open against how many it may hold at once), how much of its session and week allowance is spent, its status — Ready, Busy, Limit reached, Error or Unknown — and the instant it was measured. Filter by role or search by seat or machine. Check now asks the vendor for a seat's current usage and when it renews; a seat in use is checked after its run ends.
A figure is never presented as more current than it is. A seat with no reading says never measured or no usage reader; a figure the record holds but that a newer settlement replaced is marked stale with its age; an allowance is always shown as the share spent, never remaining.
Apart from Check now, the screen changes nothing. Adding, admitting and seating machines are acts on the host — see Machines and seats for what a seat is, and Seats for how the fleet chooses one. Your own seats and machines are also listed in Settings.
Sessions
(Advanced name: Sessions · runs.) A session is one agent run on the record. The list shows how many are running now; filter by role, seat, machine, vendor, model, state, train and date, newest or oldest first.
A session opens on its transcript: the run's redacted journal, kept on this host — the raw output is never shown, because it is not redacted. A live run's transcript grows as it writes. The transcript can be searched, copied, and folded per tool output, and it ends with the run's exit and the redaction profile that was applied.
With In transcripts on, the search looks inside the redacted transcripts of the newest runs the filters allow — at most 200 runs and a bounded number of megabytes. The screen says how much it searched and when it hit the limit; narrow the filters to search further back.
